Small fire in bedroom caused by hover board battery, extinguished with a small amount of water and dry chem extinguishers. Smoke damage throughout the entire 2nd floor (3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and hallway) and soot on all content on second floor. Light sporadic soot damage on first floor.
Solutions provided:
Packed out and cleaned all salvageable items from second floor, non- salvage items were disposed of. Structure cleaning provided in all bedrooms, bathrooms and hallways on 2nd floor, light cleaning on 1st floor. Carpet and padding removed from all bedrooms, hallway and stairs. Small drywall repairs, new flooring installed, fresh paint in all areas of 2nd floor and installed new smoke detectors through out the home.

I have know Chad for about 8-9 years know, I have even done work with chad to rebuild some of the emergencies he has done work on. I never thought I would need him to take care of a water emergency at my own place. Chad was nothing less that amazing with his explanation of how the process was going to go and his crew took care of my place in a few days. They did and awesome job and would recommend them to anyone if they have an emergency just like I did.
The lady who answered the phone was very professional and helpful. The estimator who came onsite was punctual. He seemed honest about what might need remediation and explained what he thought did not require attention. We received very professional looking, detailed estimates.
This company and it's employees are prompt, understanding, accommodating, respectful and most of all, knowledgeable and capable of fixing your problem. They are very easy to work with. I'll definitely hire them again if I encounter more house problems.
