Mold and Water Staining in multiple rooms on 3rd floor ceiling from HVAC Leak due to condensation. Mold was found in the HVAC closet and in the bedroom across from that. Upon removing stained ceiling drywall in master bedroom, it was discovered that there was an active roof leak, causing wet insulation, beams and mold.
Solutions provided:
Homeowner packed up belongings from bedrooms and Containment set up on 3rd floor where damage and mold was found. Removed and disposed of all damaged drywall, cleaned areas with ACS and replaced and painted new drywall in bedroom 2. In master bedroom all wet drywall and insulation removed, joists treated with an anti-microbial solution and sanded to remove mold. Once that area was cleaned, dried and the roofing issues repaired, new drywall was installed.p>

I have know Chad for about 8-9 years know, I have even done work with chad to rebuild some of the emergencies he has done work on. I never thought I would need him to take care of a water emergency at my own place. Chad was nothing less that amazing with his explanation of how the process was going to go and his crew took care of my place in a few days. The lady who answered the phone was very professional and helpful. The estimator who came onsite was punctual. He seemed honest about what might need remediation and explained what he thought did not require attention. We received very professional looking, detailed estimates.
