Water Loss from 2nd-floor toilet- affecting both 1st and 2nd floors. Flooring mostly affected on the 2nd floor. Ceiling, cabinets and laminate flooring on 1st floor.
Solutions provided:
Checked moisture levels of kitchen wall moisture levels within dry standard. Put 1 dehumidifier and two fans in the kitchen. Removed upper and lower cabinets in the kitchen and replaced them. New countertops were installed in the kitchen. Checked subfloor moisture level in the upstairs bathroom. One dehumidifier was put in the upstairs bathroom. Completed bath remodel and painted living room and foyer ceiling. New vinyl flooring and carpet were installed in the master bedroom closet and the upstairs hallway.

I have know Chad for about 8-9 years know, I have even done work with chad to rebuild some of the emergencies he has done work on. I never thought I would need him to take care of a water emergency at my own place. Chad was nothing less that amazing with his explanation of how the process was going to go and his crew took care of my place in a few days. They did and awesome job and would recommend them to anyone if they have an emergency just like I did.
The lady who answered the phone was very professional and helpful. The estimator who came onsite was punctual. He seemed honest about what might need remediation and explained what he thought did not require attention. We received very professional looking, detailed estimates.
This company and it's employees are prompt, understanding, accommodating, respectful and most of all, knowledgeable and capable of fixing your problem. They are very easy to work with. I'll definitely hire them again if I encounter more house problems.
